Ottawa is a beautiful clean city of many parks, and waterways. Paved recreational paths welcome cyclists, inline skaters and joggers across the region and on Sunday mornings from May through September, several streets are closed to cars for Sunday Bikedays . Ottawa is the city where they meet. The red maple leaf symbolizes the fact that Ottawa is the nation's capital.
